Before Visibella, I spent five years building one of the largest PPC and SEO agencies serving real estate investors — helping operators in that vertical dominate traditional search.

Then ChatGPT launched in late 2022, and I started experimenting with it the first week. Within a few months it was obvious: the entire SEO playbook I'd built a business on was about to get rewritten. People were going to stop clicking ten blue links and start trusting one AI answer.
